Theron Williams joined The Williams Firm, P.C. as our Firm Administrator in 2016. Theron has a BBA from Lamar University in Business Marketing. Theron is our chief operations officer handling firm billing, insurance, payroll and human resources. Theron has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years and brings a wealth of business management experience, professionalism and integrity to ensure that we are a good steward for our clients and our team. Theron is married to Dana T. Williams and has two daughters. Theron enjoys tennis, golf, reading and is an avid car and sports enthusiast.
